Shipping policy

1.Delivery area. We deliver to United Kingdom mainland / other areas.

2. Processing. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment.

3. Delivery times. Delivery usually takes 5-12 working days after dispatch. Some items are sent from overseas warehouses, so times may vary. If we give no specific delivery date, we will deliver within 30 days of your order.

4. Delivery cost. [Free / £  calculated as per item weight ], shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking. We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking may take a few days to update.

6. Multiple items. These may arrive in separate parcels.

7. Address. Please check your address carefully. We cannot change it after dispatch, and we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

8. Delays, loss or damage. If your order has not arrived within 30 working days, or arrives damaged, email : hello@furlingsuk.co.uk  with your order number and we will investigate. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
